Generally, I ask for a 50% payment upfront. We will mutually agree on a target end date at which point the remainder is payable.

Ongoing monthly payments for items such as hosting and other recurring arrangements will be automated via Paypal for automatic deduction. These can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are available for unused time. I do not use contracts or set periods where my clients are locked in.

Websites, hosting or other services will be withdrawn immediately in the event of regular monthly payments ceasing.

For smaller jobs I charge AU$75 per hour for my services. For larger jobs such as websites I prefer to quote a one-off charge to ensure that my clients know upfront what it will cost.
